Good morning everyone,

Today I did Xtrain Legs - standing work only (30 min) + Intensity low hiit + bootcamp (minus the warm up and the last leg/ab segment) which was 20 minutes. Sweaty mess in this humidity.

I hope you all get in a good workout today.

I haven't tried the bootcamp segment from Intensity yet, I will need to do that soon.

Today was Xtrain CSB, 100 rep challenge lateral raise, and 100 crunches.

I am off today, doing errands mostly, but I get to go to our produce market and get some great stuff!
 
Ok ladies if the humidity doesn't go away I will be dead by the end of summer, UGH!!! I am beginning to regret not joining the gym for the summer.

I did the Get Amped Taebo workout with weighted gloves on for my cardio today. I was dripping sweat down my back and even on the waist band of my shorts, UGH!!

Anyway dh is off tomorrow and Friday so we shall see if I get a workout in or not, and of course it is overcast today also so no pool again. sigh, can't win.

Oh, and if you pray, pray that my oldest ds passes his College Algebra class, this is the only class he needs to get is AA and we want him to get his AA preferably before he goes to the automotive school in Aug. Of course if he doesn't pass he will still be going to the school just won't have an AA before hand.

Pray he passed his final which was last night which he said he failed but there are written portions that have to be graded by hand. This is his 2nd time taking the class. Thanks
