I don't know where everyone it, I was wondering the same thing yesterday.
Today it was hot so we went to the gym where I did a 75 min. circuit including the stair machine(cardio), chest, triceps, and calf work then the elliptical for cardio, then shoulder and biceps and ab work. It was a good workout and long.
Talked to the gym owners wife and I have emailed the husband about me teaching classes. I put it in his hands because we are all out money if he doesn't use me, but we have to be careful because I am not 'certified' as a group instructor. We shall see.
