Siobhan - hope you are having a good visit!
Today was Two the Max. It was pretty good, not too crazy, but not easy by any means. I am not a huge fan of the step portion, it reminds me of Athletic Training and I dread that workout due to that endless step segment. I will sub another section for that next time, otherwise I was happy with it. I am looking forward to a rotation of mishmoshes, there seems to be endless options with these workouts.
