I overslept this morning Barely had time for a workout. I did 16 rounds of swings 30 sec work/45 sec rest between rounds. When I get home from work I'll do my push-ups and ab work.

I planned on working out this evening but since I feel so free - I'm just gonna bake chocolate chip cookies instead.
And yes... I am finished. My advisor just emailed me today to say everything looks in order so it's done. I just need to hand in another copy to the university. she didn't have a single typo/nuthin' for me to fix!!!! wow!
