This morning I did std total body upper body only. Then I did a tough twenty minutes of crossover plus abs from same DVD. I hope your new workouts come early too.
I went to the gym and did 55 min. of weights, tried to do some different exercises for some muscle groups like chest and shoulders. Plus I hit triceps and back, out and inner thighs and abs also.
My weight is climbing again and I don't know why so I am frustrated to say the least. Pray it comes back down, or my measurements go down to indicate maybe a loss of inches with all the weight lifting.
Hi Ladies I'm still at the office!!! I'm jealous you all got a workout in. My kitchen is still small mess. The new lighting is all framed in. Appliances are suppose to be in today/tonight. Cabinets come in tomorrow and get installed on Friday. Then....my husband's family come on Saturday for a one week visit......
