Daily Check-in, Wednesday, January 7, 2026

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: KB for lower body - 25 minutes, 15 minutes of a tough bodyweight workout and added on a 10 minute squat/mobility stretch.

Nora and Nicki - I'm sure you appreciated your rest days (planned or unplanned)
Linda and Annette - WTG with yesterday's workouts :)

Today's workouts:

YT-Rhonda Fitz Fitness- "Body Bar Full Body workout" - 13 min. (She does alot of Body Bar workouts, nice
to be able to pull out my old Body Bars)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min Total Body Dumbbells & Rowing EMOM Circuit
STS Ab Circuits- "#6- Medicine Ball Abs" - 10 min.

Well, my mouth has been hacked away and the implants exposed. And the pain is starting.

I managed only a 15 minute walk between appointments because they called me and were able to get me in earlier. I got something like just over 2000 steps in that 15 minutes.

Siobhan- Thanks on your rest day comments, I did get my nap in. Great job on your workouts today with:

YT- KB for lower body = 25 minutes

Annette- Nice you got a little walk in. Sorry your mouth is painful. Hopefully, it will ease
up. Maybe try Anbusol/Ora gel. I know that sounds odd if your familiar with it over the counter for teething pain. Just a thought that may help if you need it. I'm sure your doctor prescribed something for pain. Either way, get some rest and feel better. Take care and God Bless;)
