LMR2 for chest/triceps/shoulders but stopped at 30 minutes (no shoulders)
Plus added on a 10 minute stretch
YT-a 15 minute KB workout

Well, that's it for me today. Tomorrow is DH's Birthday so I won't be working out. No sure what going on tomorrow birthday wise as Paul seems to be getting a cold. Either way I promised him I'd reserve the day for him, no workouts. I hope he feels better tomorrow to do something fun.
