Blender- " 16 min. Body Blast Bootcamp"
IFit- "Quintara Roo, Mexico Elliptical Hike" - 13 min.

Morning! Looks great, Linda :D “Quintara Roo” That sounds like a cute little nickname for a girl. I love it.

Today is
Low Max — all step — 44 minutes
Ab Circuits — Weights and Plates — 19 minutes

We are drying out here. The yard is a soggy mess; hoping we can get it all cleaned up before the next rainy front comes in on Friday. (Eye roll)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is a light work day for me so I did a bit of a longer workout. I did S&S Giant sets for 50 minutes and added on 2 tabatas (no recovery) from Tabatacise. About an hour. I will do my own stretch now.

Nice variety again this morning Linda. Never a repeat with the WB.

It's raining here in Toronto but my kids got sent home from their respective workplaces yesterday due to the blizzard. 4 hours away offers very different weather systems.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did Billy's New Year YouTube workout(supposed to be starting out on the right foot by doing his workouts) it was 42 minutes and very good for a garage workout, though I will say there is a world of difference between Cathe's 12oz. boxing gloves and my 2.2 pound weighted wrist weights, oooh boy did I feel it!!

But he hit abs, lots of kicking in this one along with his punching combos. Very nice cardio workout.

Looks like everyone is getting in great workout too. Keep up the great work!!

See ya tomorrow at the gym for weights and THE SLED!! LOL!
