Hi gals,

Today I taught my newest never done before with a class Kickbox routine called Cardio Kickbox Frenzy to 9 ladies for 43 minutes. I wore my wrist weights through the whole thing but took them off for the cooldown.

Got good feedback too, they liked it,whoohoo!!

Then I did 50 minutes of a total body weight workout using cables, dumbbells , calf machine and floorwork abs,legs and glutes.

I also did 10 minutes on the step machine. I am beat.
