Hard Strikes on the rotation today - I am sick of the jumping jacks/jumprope on this one, so I did it this way-
The warm up and kickboxing ( 30 min) from TJ Punch, Kick and Jam with weighted gloves.
The conditioning and stretch segments from Hard Strikes.
