Good morning everybody..........

Hoping everyone is doing good .............. Last night I was bored, so I pulled out an older Jessica Smith
Walk On dvd, Mix & Match 5 Miles....I ended up doing the 1 mile Brain Booster walk with the cooldown
walk/stretch for 20 min. That was fun!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Chest & Back with Shoulders Intermission" - 24 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- "Fat Burning Standing Cardio Abs with wrist weights" - 15 min.

Nice combo Linda!!

Today was Chest mostly, the rotation has hamstring and glutes but I left those out plus oblique.

I did 40 minutes of mostly chest loosely following the rotation.

So for the 1st time ever I sat at the incline barbell bench with only the 45 pound barbell and did 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 and 6 which was not what the sheet said but it was what I could do.

Then I tried very poorly mind you to do high to low cable fly this was a failure to in my book. Only managed 10 pounds and 3 sets of 8 and it was sloppy.

So I I did my own thing since those were the only chest exercises on my sheet.

I added high rope pull for chest, upper back and shoulders starting at 50 pounds and increasing by 20 pound jumps all the way to 130 pounds.

Then I did chest flyes with dumbbells for sets of 15, 12, 10 and 8 with 15 pound dumbbells. Also did chest press with the same weights and sets .

Then I did 1 dumbbell holding fat ends overhead for triceps using the 15 pound dumbbell.

Then 3 sets of kickbacks using 10 pound dumbbells.

Then did floorwork some weighted exercises for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch. All in all about 71 minutes worth of a workout.

Since having my tooth pulled a week ago I am down 3.5 pounds so I am happy.

So I am finished now.

Very nicely done, Annette, on your 71 min. "Chest" day with "extras" thrown in! Nothing wrong with changing things up to suit you & what you want to do. Congrats on the 3.5 lbs down. Gotta love those scales when
they go down! :)

Nothing wrong with changing up your planned workout. You just do what works for you. Congrats on your 3.5 pound weight loss. I hope your tooth is doing better and there is no pain now. Enjoy a restful and blessed evening;)
