Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did not feel like working out so I settled on my favourite workout that gets me going everytime - Hardstrikes - main program. I added on S&S bonus abs.

The blender :). I enjoyed it, did the timesaver one with the 1st 3 rounds. Probably do something else later....

Hi ladies!

Thought I would check in again. Trying to get my minimum of 10.000 steps in every day, but no other workout. All around me keep getting bad colds and flu like symptons, but this year my body seems better fit to handle it and I have so far avoided getting it! I guess resting has been good for at least one thing! Wohoo!
 
I was able to get in a couple more things, after Bootcamp premix, I did the Total Body Giant Sets premix of
Upper body only, then spent 10 min on my elliptical and 10 min on my treadmill. Think maybe I am "worked out"
Today :)
