Good morning all!

Nora, nice workout yesterday with
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- LIVE CHRISTMAS 45-minute Indoor Cycling Class + ENCORE!
Coffeyfit "RAW" Total Body Timesaver- Functional Strength= 19 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min (I love that standing weight plate abs workout too!)

Today's workouts:

YT-Paul Eugene - "Christmas Step Aerobics" with a Mini-Step ( he uses a small round mini step- I used my 4" high round Zumba Rizer step) - 36 min.
YT-Senior Shape Fitness- "The 12 Days of Christmas-Strength Ladder Workout" - 26 min. Both of these were alot of fun!

I do plan on doing another little YT Christmas workout later on today/this evening that I came across
by Workout with Roxanne called "The 12 Days of Christmas-Kettlebell Challenge"- 20 min. It look like fun
so I gotta try it out!

Ok, hubby went to the store so I squeezed in a workout of my own making.

Started with an 8 min. Taebo Punch out off YouTube

Then did bicep curls into hammer curls for 15 reps at 8 pounds, the 12 reps at 10 pounds and then 10 reps at 12 pounds

Then I did another Taebo Punch out for roughly 9 minutes

Then I did overhead 1 arm at a time for triceps with 8 pounds for 15 reps and so on like the biceps, then did the same thing with tricep kickbacks.

Then I did the Taebo Express Kicks off YouTube which is 11 minutes.

Then I did Arnold press with 8 pounds for 15 and 10 pounds for 10 reps; then shoulder press the same as above.

Then I finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

All in all it was a 50 minute Taebo Circuit workout. At least it was something, yay me!
