Evening all... I just finished the leg blast premix of B&G and I'm still amazed that I didn't throw up!

I used to LOVE working my LB, now not so much. I want to be back in shape like RIGHT NOW. Makes me wonder why I let it go in the firt place.
All the talk of Cinnabons! I'd probably eat a dozen if I had them here. My eating is still not under control.
I'll take a pic when I actually do my hair (this weekend when I go out)

It is in its usual ponytail when I'm working.
I'm fortunate in that my hair dresser is a woman who I went to school with. She was a year ahead of me. Our husbands rope (horses) together and we see each other at horseshows, etc. That makes the time go by faster.
Better peel these clothes off and get a shower, that is if I can get out of this chair.}(
ETA - Aw Phyllis, bless your heart... you'll get through it. My son graduated in 1998 but waited until 2001 to join the service and left the same summer DD graduated and left for college. Talk about instant empty nest syndrome. I cried and cried and cried. You get use to it believe me. It takes a little time.
