Today is ETK Medium Day...clean & presses, one arm rows and swings. My boss is off today, so hopefully I can catch up on my work

LOL I had to laugh Tammy. I've noticed once someone gets into KB's.....they speak another language! Have fun !

I have no idea what I'm doing today for a workout, maybe UB??
I'm starting a TF rotation next monday and just winging it until then.

Good morning ladies - Today is GS Legs. There were so many squat and lunges in last night's Zumba class that I'm feeling it today. Not sure if I'm gonna make GS Legs. I'm seriously thinking of pre-ordering Cathe's newest DVD's.
