Daily Check-In Wednesday 8/3

Happy Humpday!!!

No workout for me yesterday as it was my early, and looooong day at work. Today I'm going to do Cardio Core Circuit.

Hi Tammy, good morning everyone,

I don't usually workout Wednesday mornings but I rose early and did Tracey Mallett's Booty Barre. That is one good workout. I love Tracey Mallett's style. I am gonna buy her other booty barre workout - eventually.

Have a good day everyone. I didn't end up working out yesterday morning either Tammy. I have been thinking about CCC - sans abs - after seeing another thread on here the other day.

and Tammy - my girls in are french immersion. My eldest - ceci - she has struggled so I won't put her in french immersion for high school next year. Fifi on the other hand has flourished in the program and has this authentic french accent that makes me laugh every time.

Hi Ladies,

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday, DH's car died ( seriously..), and DS got cut from his Golf tryouts. He is majorly bummed, but hopefully will try again next year after getting more tournament experience under his belt.
Yesterday I did TJ Sculpt and then Ab Jam. Today was Cathe Hiit 30/30 and Ab hits.
Doing some errands and then maybe car shopping...oh joy.

update: the fit club workout was great. I used 8 lbs dumbells for all the circuit workouts. The squat thrusts were a great cardio lift. I was topping my anerobic threshold as Cathe says.
