Hi all, despite being very very sore still from Monday's workout I did with lighter weights that I would have liked, CTX Upper Body Split the shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps(no pushups on either triceps or chest), with LL warm up and All Step abs.
My muscles were absolutely screaming at me but I pushed through. I am opting for no cardio today.
Hey, cleaning house is something I do very little of but with my son's graduation coming up and relatives a comin' I figured I needed to at least make an effort. Plus the dogs are shedding so fur is flying everywhere.
My bloodwork was wonderful, after having my triglycerides being so high they were undeterminable they are down to 175 and my total cholesteral is down to 187 so I am happy. So the medicine is working and I am sure the doctor is very happy.
