Good morning. Today's bodyrock workout is called Halo of sweat. 12 min interval workout consisting of various sumo jumps, reptile push ups, and AB workout. Six exercises total. 4 minute intervals, two exercises in each 4 min interval. She had a tough time with it.....I can only imagine how I'll do.

Today was a trade dvd, The Firm Calorie Explosion. It wasn't too bad for a Firm workout, pretty intense in spots, not so much in others...
I also did CLX AB.
Conni...is that one of the new Firm DVDs? I see they have a new 30 days series out and it doesn't even require one to use any new equipment
The Firm is what got me started and it no where as cool as it used to be yet I always feel compelled to read up on the newest offerings at Collage.

I am doing the BC 2 today. If I feel froggy I could tack on some cardio but more than likely I'll just do an hour session tomorrow.
Today I did gym styles - chest and triceps then moved onto 35 minutes of body max 2. I love this step workout - It is so much fun but I am not that far through it 'cos it's taking me so long to learn the steps. I find step workouts tricky but sooooooooo much fun. I love the music in this one too and the steps! sweating buckets but not noticing - that's a good thing.
Today's workout was short but sweet: Iron Core Warrior Boot Camp with 15 pound weights. The workout is designed for a heavier kettlebell but that's all I had (memo to self: Get 25lb kettlebell).
