Good morning, Happy Wednesday! Today its Lower Body Blast (the new DVD) one of the premixes. I thought I would not be able to do it because yesterday's Intensity premix had my thighs and legs screaming. But I seem ok today. So I'll give it a shot after work.

I woke up at 6am, looked out the window and went back to bed Got up again @ 7am and I'm on my 2nd cup of coffee. I THINK I'm going to wait for the road crews to clear the roads and just go in to work late.
I want to do Cathe's February Rock Bottoms rotation, looks good. I'll probably start this morning.

Hi all, weight is moving in the right direction so I am happy again.
I did Cathe's Upper Body Split off of Cross Train Express and the warm up was the one off of Leaner Legs. I will be sore because I haven't done an actual weight workout in a very long time.

I started the FEB Rock Bottoms Rotation today with Cardio Core Circuit and 300 walking lunges....umm..but I only got in 10 out of the 300 lunges Rut Roh! I've got some catching up to do
