Good morning everyone out in Catheland:

I got up this morning at 4:45am and did Step and Intervals. I have to teach step aerobics tonight, so I will get lots of calorie burning today - YIPPEE (I need it).

I just need to concentrate on my clean eating that's what is going to get this exra 50 pounds off of my body, but it's so hard. Of course, I pick this time of the year, too. UGH! I think I'm going to go back to some WW meetings and get some more motivation for good clean eating. Oh, I have that book Eat to Live, I haven't read it in a while and I know there is some good info in that book, too.

P.S. I'm just lovin' this early morning workouts. Nothing better to get me moving and groovin'!

Good Morning Marcia, and everyone else,

aren't those early morning w/o the best?

Did a 5K run on my treadie. Was supposed to be a tempo run but it sort of turned into I don't know what... Increased speed every 1K, 8.5-9.0-9.5-10.0K/h then decreased speed for a couple hundred meters to turn the speed up again to 11K/h for the last 250meters. Was great fun.

I then did Leaner Legs, subbing the 2nd and 4th set of calf raises with a tibialis ex. Ended with abs, cause I didn't do them yesterday.

Carole, how was your dinner yesterday?

Well, I'm off to take the dog for a long walk. And then I need to get some Xmas shopping done.

Hello Everyone. I planned on doing Kickmax this morning but only got up to the challenge before my stupid stomach decided it didn't want me to do anymore. I know you can get it stapled, but can I get a stomach transplant with a normal one???????

Anyway, I think I'll just add the challenge after step blast tomorrow and the drills after running on friday. Hopefully my stomach will stop acting up.

I think I will do a KPC premix, LL and some abs from CTX.

Looks like everyone is doing some good workouts!

You are sweet to ask about yesterday. I posted in the other Anniversary thread...:)...it was lunch we were going to. We drove 2 hours into Oregon to a Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant (they have 3!). The food was awesome, and so many vegan choices it was hard to make up my mind. it had snowed in the town and it was just so beautiful to look at. The trees were frozen and white, I did take some pictures. I'll show them when I get them here. We are hoping to go to Hawaii next year...that is if I can get my DH on a plane...:+ }(

Jane...hard to believe we have been with our DH's for 27 years!!!

I am doing Freestyle legwork, Imax2 and shoulders, bi's and tri's....

Today I did Step Blast warm up,combo 1, combo 2 and GS Bis and shoulders. I hope to get some abs in later today.

Carole the scenery sounds so beautiful. I love winter sceneries(spl?).
