I'm back !
Deanie, nope , most days no nap. Every once in a while I'll fall asleep reading in the afternoon and sleep for 20 minutes or so, but not often.
Last night I only slept from 11:30 (up watching Election, usually not up so late) until 2:30 ! I do need help just do NOT want to take an addictive sleeping pill . Last time the dr suggested an antidepressant, in a lower dose for insomnia. But again, I am so hesitant.

I have a problem taking an antidepressant when I'm NOT depressed !
I would rather stick to supplements or healthier ways .....but so far nothing is working .

And you can only go so long with no sleep!
I have done KB only twice also and you are ahead of me with Turkish get ups.....I just can't get them !
Phyllis, I also did PS legs & abs ! Great workout and yes, I'll feel it tomorrow !

Yesterday DH was off and we walked the bike path at a good pace for an hour and 25 minutes !!!!!!! It was so beautiful out we just ignored the time and went !
I need to get ready for my dr. appointment.
