Morning Everyone !

Today is lowerbody......to be chosen later .;) Maybe a premix from B&G.

I didn't sleep much last night and the bags under my eyes prove it !:(
Phyllis, is the supplement you are taking still helping you sleep?
I have my yearly today and am going to talk to my dr. AGAIN about my wild insomnia. There has to be SOMETHING that will help !!!

It's going to be another beautiful day here in the 70's......just today and tomorrow and then the cold comes back. I am not excited about THAT!

Awww Becky drat! So sorry to hear about your lack of sleep:( I would definitely talk to the doctor and tell him/her that its affecting your quality of life to some degree. It should be illegal the lack of sleep you get. Sending you big hugs!

It looks like we are all up and going full throttle early today.
I did Lower body today, - PLB and the floorwork of L & G, then I did PUB abs.

Okay, workout done, and I did the kb tutorial again. I did much better with the Turkish get up, but still not there (I am using a 12# dumbbell to practice with). I definitely need the 20#, but I'm not anywhere near getting back to dicks till Sunday, so I am using the 25# (which is not bad either now that my form is better) I have to keep remembering to "snap" my hips, and I really like the squats -->wow do you feel those. I can see where it would work your whole body, but not your chest. I guess in a true follow along dvd you would do push ups?
Also, I was using my lifting gloves, and I think I will try without on Friday. I never take off my engagement and wedding rings and I was worried about blisters.
I think it will take another week of working on my form before I feel confident. I really thought I would pick it up so much quicker:p :eek:!! But I am glad I tried it again today, I can see me enjoying this.

Becky, I have not had any trouble sleeping lately. Also, the drenching night sweats have stopped. I still flash, but not that horrible soaking stuff. Sorry, I hope that's not TMI :) I don't know if it's becasue of the supplement, but now I'm afraid to stop!
 
I'm back !

Deanie, nope , most days no nap. Every once in a while I'll fall asleep reading in the afternoon and sleep for 20 minutes or so, but not often.
Last night I only slept from 11:30 (up watching Election, usually not up so late) until 2:30 ! I do need help just do NOT want to take an addictive sleeping pill . Last time the dr suggested an antidepressant, in a lower dose for insomnia. But again, I am so hesitant. :( I have a problem taking an antidepressant when I'm NOT depressed !
I would rather stick to supplements or healthier ways .....but so far nothing is working .:( And you can only go so long with no sleep!

I have done KB only twice also and you are ahead of me with Turkish get ups.....I just can't get them !

Phyllis, I also did PS legs & abs ! Great workout and yes, I'll feel it tomorrow !:eek:
Connie- you did a MAJOR leg blast ....yikes!!:eek:

Yesterday DH was off and we walked the bike path at a good pace for an hour and 25 minutes !!!!!!! It was so beautiful out we just ignored the time and went !

I need to get ready for my dr. appointment.

Taking a sick day,... I am taking an antibiotic and a decongestant and cardio just isn't going to happen with my nose and cough. Sigh. I just want to feel better that is all.
