Daily Check-In Wednesday 11/30

Hi ladies,

today was TF Hiit 20, then STS disc 6 legs, 100 crunches and the extra stretch.

Good morning ladies,

No workout for me yet - I hope to workout when I get home if I feel up to it. Tuesdays at the agency often blow my workouts.

I tried Cathe's yoga relax yesterday but stopped after about 10 or 15 minutes. It's a nice stretch. I just wasn't up for it.
