Good Morning !

My shoulder seems better this morning, but no weights in my plan for this morning- just to be safe.

Am thinking bike & abs.

G'morning gals I'm limping along, getting better in small increments. I'm hoping for a good day. The family is taking me out for a birthday dinner tonight - Chinese food! Yum!

Becky, what happened to your shoulder?

Oh Phyllis, doing 30 Shred yesterday , right at the end of the weight work, I tweaked something in my shoulder. It's not so bad anymore but I can still feel it when I move my arm in some positions. It's at the top and front & I can feel it when I rub it.

I think it'll be fine if I just am careful, so no weights today.:confused:

Becky - Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I would forego weight work for the rest of this week. You use your shoulders in the majority of your upper body training, way too important an area to mess with. Get some Tiger Balm on that puppy!

Today was cardio day, I did another blast from the past - Paula Abdul's Get up and Dance, which was soooo fun, then I added the 20 minute hi/lo cardio from Pam Cosmi's Cardio Sculpt just to make it longer. The ab work in the Paula workout is pretty intense, and I remembered that Karen Voight was her exercise consultant on this. Alot of fun!
