Hello everyone.

Wendy, what did you end up doing yesterday?

Today was a leg day - S/H legs followed by MM lower body premix. My back is a little sore from the heavy barbell. I never could do it without a barbell pad.

Today is sthe first day of school. It's not so thrilling now that they are older, but nonetheless I have to get that picture in!

Phyllis, Sounds like a real leg burner this morning! YEOW! I ended up going to the gym last night and getting in a 40 min Itrain elliptical work out. It was great!}(

I start my new running class tonight and I am planning on a full body weight work out this morning. I decided to wait until Monday to start my one body part per day rotation.

Sounds like everyone is chipper and alert today! I am relying on some serious coffee today, but it is kicking in nicely.

Today was CTX Step and Intervals, Coremax 1, Stretchmax 3.

Good Morning Friends!

This morning I did Timesaver Heavy upper body split & 30 minutes on the stationary bike.

Maybe I'll start back on One body part a day with you Monday Wendy. Still undecided but am leaning towards that rotation again.;-)

This morning I did IMAX2 4-5 and CM #3.

Phyllis I am right there with you for that first day of school picture. My 12 yr old makes a face, but he stands at the same door for me every year, as I get emotional and click away.:+

Wendy: I believe I will be doing one body part a day starting Monday.

I am not sure what I am doing today. I think I may do KPC/LG pre-mix or just KPC. I am having breakfast with a girlfriend this morning so it kind of throws off my workout this morning.

Phyllis, I am always impressed with the balance of your workouts and intensity. Great leg workout!

I did Step Works today. I like that one more and more each time I do it. It is pretty intense!
 
Thanks for the compliment Susan! Running 7 miles isn't a day at the park either! I like to follow rotations because I have a better chance of sticking with my workout. I feel guilty if I don't do what is in print in front of me! I think I'm a little OCD!
