Brr, it's cold and windy here too. Actually, I don't know about the windy today, but it was sure blowing last night!

Today is B&G. I'm sure to be feeling it tomorrow!

I have a funeral to go to today. A friends daughter - she was only 33 - died from a drug overdose. So sad. :( It won't be a very good morning.

I'm thinking KB today but honestly, I am still sore from UB on Monday!
I'm not sure what's going on but I seem excessively sore from weight workouts lately.:(

I forgot to check in yesterday, but I did the bonus combo from BC/ME (modified of course ;)). Today is cardio, I will probably just run on the TM after work.

Phyllis ~ How very sad.

Deanie ~ Enjoy LL! My sister lives about 30 minutes away from me in the hilltowns, and when I spoke with her on the phone last night she already had 10 inches of snow :eek: and it was still snowing.

Becky ~ It sounds like you are working your body hard!

Thankfully we woke up to NO snow, but the wind was FIERCE last nite. I have a feeling it is going to be a LONG winter :(

It's 35 degrees outside :( and its dark . Yes we also had that strong wind blowing through all day yesterday.

Oh boy! At least next week the sun will be out as we have the time change this weekend.

Another kettlebell workout planned for myself today :)

Becky Try doing something light today and give those muscles a break. Feeling excessively sore from weights maybe your body telling you to take it down a notch or so.

Deanie Snow? Oh boy my body does not like cold weather much. Sounds like a nice soup day or hot tea :)

I'm back. I did B & G standing legs and abs premix.
Vilma,thanks for the advice. I do think a KB would have been too much today. My UB is much more sore than my lower body but KB KILLED me last week, so I opted for LB only. Maybe I'll be ready for a KB workout by Friday. (wouldn't attempt it the day after B&G, for sure !!:eek:)

Still not sure why such major DOMS lately.......:confused: UB was just a MM premix Monday ......but shoulders , lats and chest especially are still SCREAMING!!:eek: Weird.

Anyway , Happy Hump Day ! ;)

Phyllis - My sympathies to all those who are grieving for your friend, it is a sad waste of life that will truly be missed, I am sure.

Deanie- You want some snow???? Come over here, we have 2 inches at my office. Hopefully it will melt shortly, I am avoiding my windows...

Today was a cardio day - Kari and Jay's Cardio Classic, and then Amys ab section 1.

I am pretty much finished with the rotation this month, I did like it and I think I gained some definition as well.
 
Phyllis- not a fun morning indeed, prayers for all.

I did S&H warm up and shoulder work (though no floorwork for shoulers), then did 22 min. of taebo for cardio with weighted gloves on.

I am sore from yesterday's workout so that feels good because here lately I only feel DOMS with my endurance workouts not my strength so since yesterday was strength it felt good to have DOMS.

I ended up doing the blastmania pm from IM#2 and then some abs using the kettlebell.

Conni ~ Great job with the rotation and the positive changes you are seeing.

Vilma ~ I haven't yet adapted to the cold, dark mornings...YUCK!

Becky ~ That premix is a good one, sometimes I like the premixes better than the actual workouts.
