I was so tired yesterday morning - no wo and no boards. I feel lots better today. my plan is the cardio from HIS and maybe some abs and a stretch. I haven't worked out in 3 days!

Has anyone here used thedailyplate.com. I just started it this morning to try to keep my eating under control. It's a pain logging everything in but it sure does help keep me on track!

Sorry, I don't use DailyPlate.

Insomnia struck last night and I was up at 2:45. Feels like it's gonna be a loooooong day!

Will do S&H bi's & tri's and core.

Hi everyone,

I have never used Playdate, either Phyllis. I will check it out today.

Today was SS Tone it Up and some added abs.

Ok, the humidity is high and it is 85 degrees in the house and I managed to do Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights the biceps, triceps and shoulder workout with abs and then took a 30 min. break and then did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp kickbox premix and I am dripping wet.

But the workout is done, whew!!!!!;)
