Hi ladies,
Today I headed back to the gym with a new plan in place. So I purposely did NOT wear my sled shoes, I did machines and exercises that I have never done or haven't done in a very long time.
I did bench press started at just the bar(45 pounds), then did increments of 10 pounds up to 95 pounds which I only managed 2 half reps,LOL.
Then I did some other chest machine that focuses on squeezing the chest together, I did no weight then 10 on each side and then 20 on each side, it pinched something between my pec and my shoulder, then I did 2 leg machines.
Then I moved to the cables where I did shoulder press standing overhand and underhand and sitting in front and behind head. Then did 2 more cable exercises.
Then onto dumbbells for chest flyes, hammer curls , triceps overhead and lying overhead for back.
Then I did 15 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio, ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 1 tricep exercise and a stretch.
98 minutes total time for this gym circuit. Hopefully I will feel this tomorrow.
