It's very tough for me to workout in hot weather as my MS seems worse then, but I refuse to give in fight my way through to get in my workouts. I try to be positive and use stubbornness in a good way.

Annette- Wow! Another inspiring gym circuit with:
112 minute gym circuit with various machines for chest and back- Then moderate to heavy db's for Upper Body
plus the sled - 12 plates which was a bear to push, Phew! Amazing stuff!!
Finishing with weighted floorwork: abs, some leg and glute exercises a stretch.
