Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for upper body (heavy weights) - it was about an hour with warm-up and cool down.

Aqua Girl - what a mash-up you created yesterday!
Nora - WTG with your mix of workouts yesterday. I'm impressed with your endurance (mental and physical)
Nicki - I hope you are recovering and able to start working out more regularly
Annette - nice mix of movement and sun yesterday. Do you read while sitting in the sun? I seldom just "sit" unless it's to read or work on a jigsaw puzzle. I have ants in my pants.

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "4 day Split: Shoulders & Legs" - 24 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights
Hydrow Breathe- 5 min. "Meditative Row", Lake George, NY
Hydrow- 5 min. Post-Row Yoga Restore, Boston, MA

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, when I lay on my stomach I read. Otherwise, I am just trying to relax.

Today I came to the gym and did a 112 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 leg machines(thigh, leg press and calf machines), 2 upper body machines, then moderate to heavy dumbbell work for shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest press.

Then the sled to 12 plates which was a bear to push but I did it.

Then weighted floorwork for abs, some leg and glute exercises finished with row with a twist and a stretch.

That is it!!

YT-C&E- Upper Body (Heavy weights)= 60 min approx., including warm up and cool down- Awesome job WTG !! Thank you for your kind comments. It's very tough for me to workout in hot weather as my MS seems worse then, but I refuse to give in fight my way through to get in my workouts. I try to be positive and use stubbornness in a good way.

Annette- Wow! Another inspiring gym circuit with:

KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn - Premix- Legs & Kettlebell = 31 Min (12 # Db pr and 115# KB and booty band
