Today's workouts:
YT-Julie Jones Fitness- "No Repeat Total Body & Jump Rope Cardio" - 26 min. (Julie uses a ropeless rope)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Total Body Reset" Rowing & Weights EMOM/AMRAP
That's it. Need to get back on some cleaning...hopefully.......... Have a good day!
Nicki, have you ever checked out CrossRope's Ropeless Sets? I still would like to get a set, with the 1/4 lb & 1/2 lb attachments, I think it's called the Get Lean Set. I think they're kinda' pricey, but they have good reviews all the way around. Nora has a set of them and likes them. Maybe one of these days!
In the meantime, I love the Spri ropeless that I use and I have a set that I got from Amazon too, that has weighted handles. Those work great too.
