Slept much better last night. Ahhhh.

This morning I did Circuit Blast + 10 minutes of Jules Benson Pilates.

HI gals,

I did 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights the shoulders, biceps and triceps with abs for my weights then did 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing workout 2 for my cardio. Humid and hot today and I was dripping wet at the end. I am losing again so that is good.

I love that fact that some of my older jeans now fit again, it feels soooo good!!!:cool::D
