Hi ladies,

GS Legs on the rotation - I subbed LBB, one of my fav leg workouts!

I am loving those clips for the new series!
 
Hi ladies,

I did my own weight workout for shoulders, triceps and biceps, then did LL abs and CTX Kickboxing minus the arms drills for a quick cardio since I had to take middle son to his college class.

Not too shabby for a quick throw together workout.
