Today I did a mix of Cathe's PUB/PLB - I managed 45 minutes. I just love pyramid workouts.

Sunday was Firm Cardio Sculpt 1 and it was not smart to use the tall box with my hip still sore. Yesterday, was Denise Austin Hit the Spot Target Toners. Slowly, getting back to 100% in the shoulder and was able to use my 10lb weights a bit more. Was bad on the diet last night and was tired and had hot and spicy wings from the market because I was not in the mood to cook :( Going to do a Cathe this week!!!

Hi everyone,

Looking more and more like a rest day. I saw the kidney doctor, he is happy with my numbers. Don't have to see him again for 6 months. I made an appointment to get my Covid booster tomorrow.

Nice workouts for you both.
 
Getting close to a Cathe...Kathy Smith Secrets of a Great Upper Body in the books! Used, mostly 8 and 10lb weights with 5lbs for a few exercises. Finally, was able to add 15lbs for biceps and French Press!! While, it's not a Cathe this is one of my favorite upper body workouts.
