Today is CardioKix, ab work and UPS Delivery Day :D :D :D I'm still battling this dang cold #@%^^&*(.

Phyllis ~ C&W IS a good one to do after some time off. No...this is a cold. My DH started with it plus the enitre office (and we are in a small space) has some type of cold happening x( I'm beginning to think that a hospital is no place for a germaphobe to work:eek: :eek: :eek:

I finally was able to track UPS this morning and my package will be here tomorrow. I never received an email yesterday but this morning I did have one way down the line in the emails (which means it was sent from Cathedotcom yesterday but I didn't get it until this morning).

Not sure if I'll get in a workout today. B&G premix #3 is on the schedule. I may go to WW, not sure. I have training at work on Thursday and my day is going to be crazy, so I'm not banking on a workout Thursday. I'll decide later today. My hamstrings are still so sore from the run Sunday. I'll see how they are doing this afternoon and then made my decision.

I haven't got my notice yet, but I think I will find out something today. I did B & G in its entirety today, I know I will be paying tomorrow!!!

I got my notice and delivery for me is tomorrow !
I can't wait !
What's everyone doing ....? Sticking with their rotation or starting with the new workouts right away ?? I can't decide!!

I've been MIA because I've been dealing with worse than normal insomnia (for me, anyway). Sunday night I didn't sleep at all and last night I got a whopping 2 1/2 hours and that's with the herbal supplement Midnite ! Didn't work for me at all !

Needless to say, I haven't worked out. I didn't get a workout in over the weekend so it's been 4 days now ! :( :eek:
I'm hoping to manage something today. I'm sure it won't be pretty, but it will be a start .

Happy days for all who are getting the new series this week! I am getting it today! WOO HOO!:)

I ended up doing upper body and abs with my BF last night while training her so atleast I got SOME kind of work out in.

Today is reserved for new series cardio so long as Mr. UPS man shows up in time!}(

hi all well I woke up to a stomach bug and feel ick!

no workout for me as I keep feeling I have to throw up and feeling dizzy :( but yay I'll be getting my New Cathe on Wednesday! woot!

I will be viewing and starting them asap probably will start a rotation with them this coming Monday :)
 
Hi all, sorry to see sooo many sick I hope you all feel better soon!!!

I decided to break up my workouts this week, sooo today I did Back, Biceps and abs using exercises off of Muscle Max and PSBB&A for back, PSBBA for biceps (select ones) and abs and stretch off of MIS.

Tomorrow I plan on doing PSCS&T and then on Thurs. do legs and then for Friday and Sat. do an upper body full workout and then lower body again. I will see how this goes.

Oh and I managed to do this workout with my lower back killing me, the icy hot has worn off and I am feeling it now. UGH!!!

Vilma - I'm sorry you're sick... that is the worst thing for me to have, nausea... ick!! I hope you feel better soon.

Becky - I think it is time to have DH knock you out :) I know you have had it rough the last two nights. I really hope you sleep tonight.

my DVD's are in Greensboro and should be scanned out tonight and on their way to my closest terminal for tomorrow delivery!! YAY!!!!!!

I just finished B&G leg blast premix.... boy that premix makes me sweat!!

I'm not going to WW but I do need to run a quick errand so better get a move on.

Oh, one of the reasons I ditched WW and pushed through with the workout today is because I want to sub IMAX that is on the rotation for tomorrow with a combo of both the Lower Intensity Step and Higher Intensity Step... I CAN'T WAIT! }( :) :)

DH would probably be happy to knock me out most days!;)

Tonight I am trying Simply Sleep. I just cannot go another night watching the clock !!!

I did the 33 min premix of GS legs and Abs with weights /amybento.
That wasn't bad ......in fact it felt great.

We had heavy rain today.......MUCH needed. I spent all afternoon curled up on the couch watching TV. Couldn't nap but at least I rested.

Tomorrow my dvd's come !!!! :7 :7
