Yes, today’s a rest day, I believe…..had errands & hair trim appointment this morning &
doing some laundry now…If I do anything, it’ll be tonight….but I think I will just take a
rest. :)

Getting excited about Cathe’s new workouts, but I don’t think we’ll see them until
sometime after the first of next year, my prediction is around February or March…
 
Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately, still no workouts for me. I rarely miss workouts so this is very unusual for me. When I get bronchitis, it knocks me on my butt. I will try again tomorrow. It's the breathing - otherwise, I am in pretty good shape.
