Hi ladies,

Today was lower body - I opted for Booty Barre instead of Butts and Guts.

Only Tuesday and it is already a crazy day..
 
Hi Conni. Good morning everyone.

Today I did.... nothing. I did a double juice this morning instead and feel great! My body felt too sore and tired so I listened to it today. Plus it was a rushed morning. If I do something later on I will check in again.

Conni - Booty Barre eh? I love the cardio effect of that one

Carmen - I admire your ability to do a hard workout when you get home at the end of the day. I often cannot pull it together for late workouts

Annette - Have a good workout

Hi ladies - just finished dinner and i'm checking in :p

I did Afterburn premix 1. It clocks in at 32 min. that was a good workout.

Siobhan - I admire you and Connie working out so early in the morning. I can barely drag myself out of the bed, then its rush, rush to get out the door. Sometimes work saps so much energy out of me its hard to talk myself into working out when I get home. that's why I really like the shorter intense workouts, at least I do something :confused:

I see my gyno tomorrow to talk about my peri menopausal symptoms....:(
