Good morning everyone:

I got up this morning and poured a cup of coffee in so I could get moving and wake up. I just finished Walk Away The Pounds 2 miler. I have Body Max on my rotation for this evening after work.

I've gotten up now two days in a row at 4:45am to workout and love the feeling of getting something going with my body that early fitness-wise, but so far I can only get my body to do a WATP workout. I'm really hoping that soon in the future I can get a Cathe workout in the morning instead of doing it after work.

It snowed about an inch overnight, so it looks so fresh and clean outside - I just love it!

Marcia, WATP in the a/m is a great start! Don't worry, you'll get there! Morning work outs are HARD to get acclamated to! :)

Well, I have given up on the November rotation...atleast until Monday when I might start it all over again. lol I did the step from the Wedding vid. Purchased that during the sale and never even opened it until yesterday! lol It was fun and made me sweat so that's what counts!:)

Hoping to get weights in today. Was going to include that yesterday but ran out of time!

Hello ladies

I started the June 03 rotation yesterday, it called for S&H legs but I couldn't do that with the foot so I did PS and LG floorwork with low impact kickmax and stretchmax. Today is S&H back and abhits. Might add something to it just know right now.

Hey Wendy and Tammy,I quit UBB after two days and not exercising during the holiday. I didn't want to go back to it. Maybe sometime in the future.

Marcia - I have to start with coffee before working out early mornings too ;-)

Did a 5K run this morning and because I ran out of time only did MM-Legs.

But I did bike to work, and did I feel I already worked my legs!

Break's over - back to work :-(
 
Hello All! I'm just starting on the coffee this morning while wondering if it will be boiling hot or freezing cold in my office today. This morning was Low Max which I did on a 6" step, but next time I think I'll try the 8", I really didn't feel like my heart rate was elevated enough. Only a few more days for the November roation for me. I surprisingly stuck with most of it, I'm proud to say.

Dutchie, where are you from in Holland? My father is originally from Breda. He moved to Michigan with his family almost 50 years ago!

Good morning ladies!

Good workouts!

Wendy and Jane...still have some snow on the ground from yesterdays storm. It really was beautiful and not as bad as the last storm 3 years ago where we lost power for about 5 days!. I sent my DH out to buy a generator just in case!

So I am going to do a run (should be fun in the snow!)some freestyle legwork, shoulders, bi's and tri's and maybe abs!

Yesterday was The Viper, today was Imax3 & abs from CTX (LL& power circuit).

Morning Everyone

I’m telling ya, even tho, I went to bed early last night, I still could barely get out the bed tis morning ;( I hit the snooze button 5 times or more. I tried too talk myself out of the workout, but couldn't do it. I finally got up and did 55 minute jog/walk on me treadie :p

Tonight, Legs & Glutes then a hot bubble bath and straight to bed, so I can tackle KM in the morning. Have a great day.

Hi all,

Today in my effort to shake things up a bit, I did the step portion off of MIC plus the warm up and stretch. I haven't been doing step because of my hip and feet but I gave it a whirl and made it through red face and all!! So at least it was different for me and a change. I can workout tomorrow then it is off to the airport Thursday to go to NC for 4 days.

Thanks everybody yesterday for your hugs, prayers and thoughts I greatly appreciate them.
