Hi Ladies,
Elsie - sorry to hear you are still not well and had to leave work early. Get better soon!
Siobhan - I hope you enjoyed your rest. Do you have other hobbies on days where you rest?
Linda - I will have to have a look what Tamilee walks are like. My mom really enjoys walk w/o's so I like to keep an eye out for ones she has not done yet.
Annette - Was Cabelas good? What is it?
Tuesday I was suffering from DOMS in chest & tri's... not my shoulders, which makes sense as I don't think I worked my shoulders as hard as I could/should have on Monday night.
I did 10min Tracey Mallett Booty Barre Ignite w/o on YouTube. My legs were already shaking in those 10min so I wondered how I would manage my real w/o, but as always I really like Tracey. In this one she said that her Scottish accent can't be hidden when she says something, don't remember what, but that answers my question regarding where she is from.
For my real w/o I did Leah Serago's Ballet Body Lower Body dvd. Good w/o, but not fun... I miss music or even just pleasant talking. It's a voice-over w/o, which is definitely not really my thing. I should check what I said last time I did it. This was my second time. I struggled through the whole w/o... my legs were shaking BIG time, but it was lower body day and as my PT said no more heavy weights for my legs for now I wanted to do barre. Next time I think I would rather go with Suzanne Bowen or Tracey Mallett or a Cathe barre w/o. I definitely prefer those. I actually enjoy them, despite the pain. With Ballet Body I caught myself constantly looking at the dvd player to see how much time had passed and wondering how I would ever hang in there for the full 54minutes. I didn't hate it, as I could feel my legs working hard, but it wasn't fun.
Have a good Wednesday.
