Hi gals,

Henriette, your crochet work is beautiful.

Today I did 30 minutes of To the Max Taebo and then 30 minutes of Insane Abs Taebo which is the standing abs segment.

Now I am sweaty but need to change so I can take son to class.

Have a great day!

Hey there ladies! Thanks for sharing your crochet projects, Henriette. The colours are really lovely! :)

Excellent workouts Annette & Ceci! Standing abs are awesome for me, Annette!

Take care all!!

Hi again, just finished doing a Leslie Sansone Lower Body Circuit walk DVD. I am trying to re-visit some of my
DVDs, ( I have a lot!). I'm so hooked on the workout blender that my DVDs have been neglected!!

Elsie, I am hoping your precious kitty is doing ok, since you mentioned having to go to the vet, I hope it was just
A routine visit...please let me know. Ceci, I have a lot of Tracie Long DVDs as well, and I know what you are
Talking about LOL!!!! Tracie was a well known instructor with the original Firm as well as the Fitprimes &
Kickbutt series I think I have mentioned before. I enjoy her a lot in those workouts, along with all the others
Instructors.
Henriette, again, your creations and talents are awesome. Everyone have a good night.

Hi Ladies!

Thanks for all the compliments. If I ever get around to starting a blog with all my crochet stuff I will be sure to share it. I am not all that creative though... I don't normally design patterns, I just use patterns I find in books, magazines and online. I am the same way when I draw. I used to draw a lot of black and white comic drawings, but I always needed something to copy.... even if it was just a tiny picture and then I could make it into a bigger picture. Haven't spent any time drawing for a long time though. So many hobbies and so little time!

Yesterday was one of those days where things just weren't going right, nothing major just annoying stuff. I got stuck in traffic jam in the morning. I was going nowhere on the highway so ended up taking the first exit and heading back home. It took me 45min to drive that small circle. I had planned to work from home until the traffic lessened, but then I got permission to work from home all day. Yeah!

In the afternoon I took a small break and did 10min dancing using Refit on YouTube. Fun! Just don't like their streaming set up: 10 dollars per month, and only ever 1 w/o online for 24hrs before it is replaced and if you want HD you have to pay an extra 4 dollars! So I am not sure if I will try them. I still miss Shine.... again this morning I heard one of the songs I have danced to with several Shine w/o's and I just wanted to dance again.

In the evening I did Cathe's Drill Max, trying to push myself a bit more (so I can see what happens with my calves & shins if I do), but also modifying some parts. I started out missing my water bottle (I discovered it in the kitchen after my w/o), then I noticed my righht foot felt a lot less supported.. strange new soles I thought. However, it was not so strange. 8 minutes into the w/o I spotted my right insole lying on the floor. I hadn't even put it in my shoe!!! Later on my firewalker went missing mid w/o. I had to pauze the w/o and I was going crazy looking for it. Seems it had just ended up under a dynaband. So all in all, a day of many small annoying things.... but also a great w/o. So far I don't have any extra pain in my calves/shins... just the usual, but I did roll 5 times spread across the day yesterday, so maybe that is also helping me. I hope this means the PT will let me do more and more :)
