Today I did a mix of walking the dog and then 40 minutes of a T&D upper body weight workout. That's it for me!

Good morning ladies..

Nice workout this morning Siobhan, with your walk & 40 min. of T&D upper body weight workout.

Today's workouts:

IFit- Bike & Box Workout # 1 - 34 min.
IFit- "Alcabideche, Portugal" Steady State Treadmill walk - 16 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of rearranging the way I do things. I started with cables doing 2 moves, then I went onto dumbbells using moderate weights for chest press and flyes (17.5 & 20's), biceps curls with the same, seated clean and press with 10's, wrist curls with 10's, shoulder press with 15's, overhead holding fat end of dumbbell (17.5) for triceps. Hammer curls with 15's (I think). Oh and the back machine.

Then sled to 10 plates, nice young man helped me unload it( he also helped load it).

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am finished.

The original buyers fired their realtor and came back with an offer. I found a new construction house that I love and put an offer in. It's much further out than I wanted to be but checks all the boxes! I have a bonus room where I can set up my workout space. Even thinking about subscribing to Cathe live and figuring out the blender.
