Hi ladies,

Crazy day today- back to work and DH has a late afternoon dr apt downtown. I am not thrilled with all the driving today...

Today was KPC. I haven't done this in ages, it is good, but the combo section gets to be a yawn...

I guess I am a complainer today!

Hi Ladies - is it going to rain or what??? Very grey here today.

Today I did a 10 min workout #7 from ZCut DVD then added in the 20 min TJ workout out. I'm a sweaty mess.
