Hi Everyone,
Today I did an extended stretch/foam rolling for about 30 minutes.

Annette - i am stuck too about vacation too. I have the time just can't make a decision so I end up doing nothing. I will be in Quebec and Ottawa as I have to drop my daughter off/pick up from a french program but that's about it so far. I want to go back to PEI but my husband is on the fence about it. ah well. And, it costs money in the same year I am paying out of pocket for two children to be in university/living away from home.

Lisa - I am so glad to read your children are doing so well. It brings us such peace as parents to know our children are on track in life.

Hi all

Today was Sweat Fest Live.

Ceci - thank you. I love to hear when all children do well. It's clique but they are the future! I keep bugging my husband for a trip to Canada and hopefully we will do it in the next few years. I have not been there in years and really want to go back. It's a beautiful country!

Annette - I am sorry about vacation. That stinks.
