Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Ripped & Ride- Dec. 2019" - 36 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "On the Minute" Rowing & Bodyweight Circuit

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Dan the Hiit Man - 30 minute cardio workout + a 15 minute EMOM body weight workout which almost killed me (I needed more breaks). I will do my own stretch now.

Great workout this morning, Linda. I love bodyweight training :).

Lots of cardio from everyone yesterday! Have a great day friends (I didn't realize y'all just had a long weekend. I hope it was restful).
 
Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 upper body machines, cables, and dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Sled to 12 plates, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some light dumbbell work for abs and triceps. Then a stretch to finish things off.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Ladies, spent the long weekend packing and cleaning out stuff! It was really a three day marathon workout! Still not finished. Yesterday, I sadly packed up all my workout DVDs and kept out STS 2.0, Stretch Max and the two Band workouts. New home orientation is Thursday. Excited!
Next two weeks will be on and off for me so remember I have not forgotten my workout buddies! You all inspire and motivate me so much. Thank you!
 
Hi girls, sorry for the late check-in. The day got away from me so I did out 80% of my workout I had planned to day minus the bike workout, so at least its something.
