Today I did rockout knockout 1st 30 minutes then added on a 10 minute advanced Pilates workout from YouTube.

Hi ladies. Great workouts! I got in a little power yoga this morning then a brisk walk at lunch with a co worker. Hitting the kettlebell tomorrow.
