Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today is PUB up only premix, don't have time to do the PLB up only premix too. This weeks workouts are LONG!!!! I've only got an hour in the morning so something's got to give and I sure as heck ain't gettin up any earlier :eek::eek:!

Heather ~ Good for you for getting back on track. You literally "picked yourself up, dusted yourself off and started all over again". We have had a quote on our fridge since the boys were little. It says "Failure is not falling down...it is refusing to get up".

Phyllis ~ I am a morning exerciser for sure, but this week's rotation workouts are longer than I have time for....how are you managing the morning time crunch?

Tammy, I know exactly what you mean. I've been lucky this week as I have 2 days off - Mon and Fri. I'm did the pyramid wo yesterday and I'm saving the SJP wo for fri. If it was a normal week, I'd have to modify. I'd shave off enough to fit into a 75 min limit.It's really just a game. Then, you have to add in the possibility that I may wake up and just not want to do the scheduled wo. Other that the two I mentioned, the rest of the wo's are not bad timewise.

Heather, I'm happy that you enjoyed the visit with your mom.

I did BC everything but core premix and ME abs. I can't wait for breakfast. I'm hungry today!

Today's workout is BM2 "Cardio Blast" Premix - I need to do this one pronto as I have tons of errands to do in town before I need to get my youngest out of school this afternoon. I hope to be able to chit chat with you all later on today.

Good Morning! I think!

My day started at 3:30 . I woke up wide awake and could NOT get back to sleep!:-(

Yesterday was PUB & a walk, and today is LIC cardio blast timesaver & LIC blast off ! I've never done it , so can't wait to do it !}(

Heather, good going on the fresh start!
I'm attempting that myself right now as well !

Tammy: I don't normally have the time constraints on my work outs that you do. I can only imagine how frustrating that can be.

Phyllis: So what did you have for breakfast? Do tell...I'm gettin' hungry myself!:9

Vilma: I hope you get all of your errands run in time!

Becky: Sorry you had a sleepless night. The night before last I woke up about midnight and it took me about 90 mins to get back to sleep. ACK! Last night I slept like a rock! I never know what to expect anymore. :-(

I have spin and chin-ups on tap for today.

Tammy: I can't even bring myself to work out in the a.m. The times I have got myself moving I find I am clumsy and not as strong. I give up and keep my workouts for the p.m.

Phyllis: Pass some breakfast my way. Pretty please???? ;-)

Becky: I wake up every morning at 3:00 am for some reason but luckily I am able to fall back to sleep.

Wendy: Could I tag along for spin and chin ups? ;-) Soon I am going to try a spin class.

I don't know what I have on tap today. I ended up taking Thursday and Friday off and spending Saturday and Sunday on three mile hikes. I just have had my mind on other things. I have no excuses today however, so what ever I do it will be a long one. Maybe a LIC cardio premix followed by PUB (since I never got to it last week!!!) All I know if that I better report a workout here tomorrow or I will be in trouble ;-)

Daily Check-in

I had to return to work today, but it was a good day. I slept like a baby last night. After my quiet time this morning, I enjoyed the Body Max 2 cardio and weights premix. I love, love, love this workout. I blessed my body with another day of clean eating. My boss was out of the office most of the day, so I had a good opportunity to get organized after being out of the office for a few days.

I am still tired. My endurance is not as good as it could be, but I am feeling better every day. I am still drinking plenty of spring water too.

I love my home! My workouts are so much more enjoyable with extra room to move freely. I think that is why I tripped during Rhythmic Step Sunday morning. I was so excited about having all this glorious space to dance around my step that I lost my footing. I relaxed and read a few chapters of a book tonight after work. I love my new reading area. My living room is so peaceful and refreshing now. I am doing a good job of maintaining the order in my home.

My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow. I am ready to enjoy my warm bubble bath and call it a day.
