Today was Jari's Body Rock weight and abs workout, then Yoga Relax premix 1.
 
Hi Ladies - today my plan is a 12 min intense weighted leg workout.

Getting ready for my mom and sister's visit. they come in tomorrow!!

Hi everyone,

You both made me smile saying nice things. My work is solidly about helping so I am used to hearing sad stories. I was just struck yesterday by what I saw. Almost every client I work with is kind so I learn a lot from them - a lot.

I worked out late today. I did P90X shoulders and arms. It's a good workout.

Conni - how is that Jari workout?

Carmen - I hope you get that workout in
