Hi gals, I had a job yesterday so no workout, I also have a job on Friday so that will be a no workout day also.
Today I did my own thing with weights for shoulders, biceps and triceps, going really really heavy and taking it to fatigue. I did Arnold Press and shoulder press for shoulders, triceps I did the in front and in back triceps extension and overhead (hold weight length wise with both hands and go behind the head), and kickbacks also, and for biceps, I did hammers and traditional curls all while going really heavy.
Then I did Taebo Express toning workout and his Fast footwork workout for some cardio.
