Hi ladies,

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday, had to get to work early, then take DH to the doctor and head back to work afterwards. Long day.

Anyways, yesterday I did TF 30, then CLX ab burner.

Today was a free day ( waiting on the May rotation..) so I did Zero to Sixty, a nice little gem of a workout imo, no dread factor whatsoever.

I hope all is well with you. Zero to sixty.... hmm... maybe I'll give that one another try.

Today I did PUB/PLB the bonus combo but I did it as drop sets instead of as increasing weight. This combo does not do 5 sets - only three - that's why I did the reverse with drop sets of three. Then I moved onto Booty Barre Arms & Abs (Core Challenge only).
