I am at the agency tonight so I slept in on purpose. Carmen, you inspired me with your post last night so this morning I did Cathe's Intensity double hiit + bootcamp (which isn't really weights - more cardio with weights). I have never done this combo before - just the double hiit. Loved it. Thanks.

I am up and kicking butt. Today was CK - I did TF EZ 45 and then ab hits.

Hi all,

Today is my birthday so I tried to find a favorite workout and ya know I really don't have a favorite workout anymore.

I did, however, do Cathe's CTX Kickbox cardio only for my workout today.

I am not sure what I would even look for in a favorite workout.

Its Tuesday evening...yay! Today I did PLB all the weight work and only the outter thigh floor work. I'm going to feel that tomorrow.
