Hi ladies,

Today I got a late start, but I did 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, and then 37 minutes on the elliptical. I seem to have to crank the level all the way up to get my heartrate up to a cardio level.

Anyway I have errands to run and not a lot of time.
