Good morning ladies,

Time to rise and shine and workout!

Tammy - No, I never do take a rest day. I am such an obsessive compulsive that I just don't feel right if I do..So the only day I allow myself to take the day off is Christmas...

Carmen - Have a great trip, I am right behind you!!!

Today was step - I went a little crazy and did this mishmosh:
Rob's Amazing cardio combos - warm up and step,
CLX - Burn it Off skipping the warm up, all segments and cool down.

While my dvds were loading I did 100 crunches.

Today starts week #3 of ETK with swings, TGU's, clean & presses and snatches.

I'm working 11-7 today, so I got to sleep in :):) I'm off to workout now.

Tammy - I am a sick individual, what can I say? At least when I am on vacation I don't kill myself. I may do a long fast walk on the beach or workout in the hotel gym, but not to extreme, and never more than an hour.
 
Hi all,

I did 30 min. to Fitness-Kickboxing (Kelly's) for cardio, then did Slow and Heavy one exercise for back, (my back was actually hurting some so I only did the one, {one arm rows}), then did PLB floorwork and PSBB&A abwork for my weight work today. Turned out to be pretty much an hour workout so not bad for hodge podging it.

Feeling good about getting back into my workouts for the summer.:cool:

My body needs a break at least once a week but more power to you Connie !! :)

Power Hour and mow max were my workouts today. Now I'm drinking an iced coffee and reading outside. Enjoying the pretty day before the rain gets here.
